Hope Cladwell (Soprano): Cladwell's daughter, naive to the harsh realities of the town, who falls for Bobby.

Officer Lockstock (Baritone): The corrupt, tongue-in-cheek narrator and police officer who guides the audience.

Penelope Pennywise (Soprano): The tough, jaded warden of Public Amenity #9; holds a secret about her past.

Little Sally (Mezzo-Soprano): A precocious, poor street urchin who often questions the play's logic alongside Lockstock.

Caldwell B. Cladwell (Baritone/Bass): The villainous, wealthy CEO of Urine Good Company.

Officer Barrel (Baritone): Lockstock’s clumsy partner-in-crime.

Supporting Roles & Rich/Poor:

Senator Fipp: A corrupt politician in Cladwell’s pocket.

Mr. McQueen: Cladwell's obsequious assistant.

Soupy Sue & Tiny Tom: Poor, hungry citizens, part of the rebellion.

Hot Blades Harry & Becky Two Shoes: Tough, rebellious members of the poor community.
