 narrator and police officer who guides the audience.\n\nPenelope Pennywise
  (Soprano): The tough\, jaded warden of Public Amenity #9\; holds a secret
  about her past.\n\nLittle Sally (Mezzo-Soprano): A precocious\, poor stre
 et urchin who often questions the play's logic alongside Lockstock.\n\nCal
 dwell B. Cladwell (Baritone/Bass): The villainous\, wealthy CEO of Urine G
